Poor Cat. I think it is really a blessing in disguise, finally they are able to release the cat. Imagine suffering through the ordeal for 19 days was really terrible. Lucky that the residents are alerted and react fast enough to rescue the cat

I believe if people are more considerate and dispose the trash properly, it may well help to reduce these repeat cases
