The RSPCA is looking for a cat killer who had killed 2 cats in similar fashion in Newebridge Crescent, Wolverhampton. The first cat, Tilly was discovered by its owners beneath a hedge. Tilly was with its back legs tied up with a brown wire and neck bound with a cable tie. It was suspected she had been hit with force or run over based on the facial injuries found on Tilly. A second cat was also found with similar injuries on the same street on the same day.
RSPCA inspector Nayman Dunderdale, who is investigating the two cases is appealing for eyewitnesses to come forward and help solve the cases.
